Stinger's Bog is the hunting ground for Troll and Iksar novices. It is one of the more difficult newbie zones, due to the fact that 70% of it is water, and it is almost impossible to escape from a creature while you are swimming. However, there are an abundance of mobs in every level range to get you to 10 fairly fast here, and from 10 to 15 you can tackle the guards outside and just inside the Halls of Mielech. The named guard outside the Grobb zone gives some basic quests for newbie characters to earn a few coins while they level up.
