Centaur Hills is part of the Newport territory, and current home to the Centaur Survivors, hence the name. Most of them are found in the northwest area of the zone, near the lake.

Notable hostiles in the zone include the Blackmaw Gnolls, the strongest of which guard the entrance to Blackburrow in the east. This zone contains The Beetle Queen, her level to engage is 12 and under.
