I am Heslag, Grand Librarian and keeper of the crafting process for Ornate Stormforged Armor.'

Grand Librarian Heslag says, 'As I am certain you know by now, the Artificiers of Stormkeep have taken to manufacturing Stormforged Armor for giant and giantfriend alike. This however, while potent armor, is nothing compared to what the infusion of Marvelous Gems of Power can add toe the armor. Such armor is, rather apity, named Ornate, and carries much more potent enchantments than its lessers. I can offer you such armor, if you but provide me the required components - such Marvelous Gems of Power, three for a breastplate, two for a helmet, leggings, cloak or sleeves, and one for anything else, as well as the piece of Stormforged Armor you want upgraded.'

Grand Librarian Heslag says, 'There are marvelous, ancient versions of the gems of power used for creating the Stormforged Armor - Flamestones, Waterstones, Midnight Pearls and Gleaming Pearls. These gems can be found at the hands of our most powerful draconic foes.'
