Find Councillor Evinthas (Thurgadin at -106, 288, 2 •) .
You say, 'Hail, Councillor Evinthas'
Councillor Evinthas says, 'Ehhh...' Evinthas sighs, shivering in his robe. 'Greetings, <Player Name>. Welcome to the far north.'
You say, 'Is there any work for me to do?'
Councillor Evinthas says, 'Certainly.' Evinthas hands you a list. 'Which item would you like detail about?'
You say, 'What about these robots you mention?'
Councillor Evinthas says, 'Ah, yes. We built some prototypes long ago that, well, didn't work out very well. We were never able to completely determine why. I'd like to take another crack at it, but I need some more information. If you could retrieve some of the broken parts, I think I can unravel the mystery. Specifically, I will need to compare three of their drained power cores to see what went wrong. Oh, and some of the circuits completely shorted out! I need to especially examine those! Bring me those cores and the circuits and I can get to work. I believe the things still roam the undercaverns below the Heartlands if I am not mistaken.'
Gather Shorted Circuitry and three Drained Power Source and give them to Councillor Evinthas.
Evinthas examines the ruined items. 'Very interesting, <Player Name>. It seems to me as though these items reacted to something external, causing their failure. It will take more time to find out what happened with more certainty, but for now, this gets us started. Thank you again.'
