Hyvek Vahl says, 'The Runnyeye's ruler must be stopped, preferably permanently. Find her and kill her.' Hyvek briefly eyes the Ryhajin pile. 'Oh, and retrieve the governing enchantment for one of their golems, while you're there. But primarily kill their leader.'

Gather and give Hyvek Vahl:

• Diabolic Contract

Hyvek nods as he reads the contract. 'This is... unsurprising. You did good in killing her, Pintertza.' He drops the golem mind into the Ryhajin pile, then hands you a baton. 'You've earned this, and the title bard, many times over.' Seeing your expression, he grudgingly continues. '...I shouldn't be telling you this, and don't repeat this information, but my hunch was right. Ghulura's "demons" were provided by something much, much worse. If we do not drive the Runnyeye from their citadel then someday the evil that took highkeep will do if for us.'
