Hyvek Vahl says, 'Interesting, isn't it? The idol here seems to be of a beholder. I wonder what the bugs are worshipping? A story for another day, I imagine. I have more lessons for you, when you're ready.'

Hyvek Vahl says, 'It's not so much a lesson as a mission, I fear. The Runnyeye seem fascinated by a strange, slimey rock found in their abode. Most of our guilds are searching for samples, and I'd like you to retrieve a couple as well, but your primary target is their supply crates, and the supplies therein. Two samples should be enough. Yours truly has a bit of a hunch about this slime-rock...'

Gather and give Hyvek Vahl:

• Runnyeye Supplies x2

Hyvek accepts but ignores the rock, and focuses instead on the supplies. He growls softly to himself, then looks up at you. 'Hrm. I'd thought that, were the slime dangerous, the Runnyeye might put palliatives with their rations. No such luck. Still, you've done well, player. You should be able to make use of this armor soon, I'd wager.
