Grand Librarian Heslag says, 'As I am certain you know by now, the Artificiers of Stormkeep have taken to manufacturing Stormforged Armor for giant and giantfriend alike. This however, while potent armor, is nothing compared to what the infusion of Marvelous Gems of Power can add toe the armor. Such armor is, rather apity, named Ornate, and carries much more potent enchantments than its lessers. I can offer you such armor, if you but provide me the required components - such Marvelous Gems of Power, three for a breastplate, two for a helmet, leggings, cloak or sleeves, and one for anything else, as well as the piece of Stormforged Armor you want upgraded.'
