Lyjan Vahl says, 'Of course. As you by now know, the Valk and the Kish-Ka wage eternal war over the lowest part of the pass. While it's an endless, noisy nuisance to us, it's also helpful--they provide us with much in the way of supplies, places to train, and even, occasionally, tactics to observe. In concert with the other guilds, we're attempting to learn all we can from their warfare, primitive though it is. Your part in this will be to retrieve a pair of runed skulls used by the more powerful Valk necromancers, along with a set of the Valk war plans that any of their higher-order servants carry.'
