Find Mira Shahar (The Mountain Crags of Tarhyl at 1006, -1274).

You Say,"Hail, Mira Shahar'

Mira Shahar says, 'Hail, pet. Are you ready for your final task in Runnyeye?'

You say, 'Who do I kill?'

Mira purrs despite herself, tail swishing behind her. 'You have made me quite proud in your time here, pet. And Ghulura, to answer your question.' Mira's ears push back just slightly. 'Hyvek and i are quite certain that she trafficks with demons, and that they are the true masters of Runnyeye. We have convinced the others, and they have agreed to let us handle the problem. That falls to me, which in turn falls to you. It will not be easy to find a way to Ghulura, but you must succeed. Bring back the foul contract she struck with the demons.' Mira glances around, then leans in close. 'The Runnyeye also posess small blue sapphire of exquisite make and unknown origin--none are found in these mountains. Whatever it is, it absorbs slime at a touch and it rests in one of the greater chests. Bring it back with you as well. Stars guide you, pet.'

Mira's ears lay back as she reads the contract. '...if I had known all this, I would have came for her myself, and long before now. You have done *very* well, pet, and consistently so. You are an excellent rogue and it is my pleasure to welcome you, oficially, to our guild.' Mirea takes the sapphire gingerly from you and places it in a specially-prepared pouch. This insurance against their slime is no small prize, but I suspect history will remember you for Ghulura, not for it. She was a foul, traitorous woman--known that she deserved much more than what she got.' Mira pulls a rapier from under her bed and hands it to you gingerly. 'I am pleased this was ready in time. Use it well, pet. You've earned it.'
