Find Mira Shahar (The Mountain Crags of Tarhyl at 1006, -1274).

Mira chuffs. 'So far, I'd have to say 'yes'. Mrr... it seems that Lyjan is interested in learning more about what the Valk and Kish-Ka hope to accomplish with their war. I'm certain we can lend a knife and shed some blood, and light, on this problem. Head to the stronger Valk encampments. Look for a copy of their war plans, which any of the stronger ones may carry. While you're there, could you pick up a pair of Valk medals for me? Their warriors carry them. I've a mind to have them melted down, they're made of a certain sort of metal that's handy for... things.
