You say, 'I am looking for tasks to do.'

Xilkaz of the Order looks mildly bored, 'You want tasks, Mercenary? Pfaah. I have tasks for you. Which do you care to hear about, eradicating the spiders, or dealing with those sniveling goblins? WELL?! Speak up, Cemie!

You say, 'Tell me about the goblins'

Xilkaz of the Order says, 'These green fools are a true menace to our thriving in this region. Last report suggests they're holed up to the north in a cave system. But that's not all, now they send scouts to patrol the forest and even spy on our camp - sometimes lurking in at night and stealing supplies! These scouts can be found all over, they're a pest and a major thorn in our side. Deal with them... kill them and rip the beads from their necks. These beads are their glory, a testament to their tribe and it would do me pleasure to break them into pieces and toss them into the campfire. I'll pay you for every two sets of beads you bring, and might even consider thinking a bit more highly of you than I do now. Keep in mind, that doesn't say much.'
