You say, 'What's the new job?

Verjya Hakahm says, 'Have you perhaps found any specimens like this in your time in Runnyeye?' Verjya pulls out a small scrap of red chain armor. 'They call it gemweave, and it's far lighter than ordinary chain, such that beastlords may wear it comfortably. Naturally I'm interested. I'd like for you to bring me two handfuls of Gemweave links. The storage crates on the third floor should have what we're looking for. Oh, and while you're down there, I'd appreciate it if you could find me a pair of spiked collars--the Runnyeye are said to employ doglike beasts that wear them.'

Gather and give Verjya Hakahm:

• Spiked Demon Collar x 2
• Gemweave Links x 2

Note: Gemweave links are found in crates on level 3 of Runnyeye. There is one in the bottom of the northern largest pool room that's accessible from above via the first and second floors.

Verjya Hakahm says, 'Ooh, fair winds indeed! I've been looking forward to getting my claws on these.' Verjya takes the gemweave links and the spiked collar, but her ears flatten the second her hand touches the latter. She almost drops it. 'Wh-- this-- this collar is laced with control magic! I could never put this on one of our warders, it would be an abomination! And it was on one of these 'demon' creatures... <Player Name>, I have another job for you. And don't forget your armor.'

You receive Sleeves of Atavism from Verjya Hakahm.
