Find Master Kolan (Southern Newport  • End of the second dock) .

You say, 'I am prepared'

Master Kolan says, 'Your next lesson will be of resilience. All monks must learn to ignore the pain they have endured, and you will be no different. Go to the Crimson Order - there you will find one we call Ezran, he will test your ability to endure. i warn you, do not fight back...this is a test of survival. Once Ezran feels you have outlasted his beatings, he will declare that you have passed the test. Return to me once it has been completed.'

Find Ezran (Northern Newport  • Monk guild) .

You say, 'Hail, Ezran'

Ezran says, 'Master Kolan has sent you? then you are like the others, I imagine. Frail, weak, not able to endure the pain which all monks must learn to persevere through. Do you feel this is untrue? Do you feel that you are ready?

You say,'I am more than ready'

Ezran says,'very well, let me know when to begin. I am sure master Kolan has warned you, but I will do so as well. Do not fight back, you will disgrace yourself and the Order bt doing so. You must learn to deal with the oain you receive through my beatings for a duration chosen by me. At the end of that time, if you are still standing, I will send word to the masters of the Order that you have passed my test.'

You say, 'Begin, Ezran'

Ezran says, 'I wish you luck, <player name>. Surely, you will need it.

Ezran will now attack you. Do nothing and he will stop eventually.

Note: It is possible to die from Ezran's attacks if you do not have enough health.

Ezran says,'Well done, you have passed the trial. Speak with me again so that I may congratulate you formally.'

You say,'Hail, Ezran'

Ezran says,'You have outlasted my beatings, player. You should be proud of yuorself, not many can say they have done so. Return to Master Kolan, I will let him know of your achivement.'

Return to Master Kolan.

You say, "Hail, Master Kolan"

Master Kolan says, "You have returned in one piece. Bruised and battered, but standing. I am impressed, player. This headband is a mark of the order, only those who pass Ezran's test can wear it. There are other tasks you must undertake now, and I believe Verla Airdancer will guide you to them. Speak with her when you are ready."

You gain 500 experience!!

Your faction standing with Crimson Order has gotten better!

You receive Windwoven Headband from Master Kolan.
