The Spiritwalkers - Part VII

The Tundra Boots will be my greatest challenge yet. It is time for me to hunt the great wooly mammoth! I will need a young mammoth hide, two cords of mammoth calf sinew and two solvent. I can combine all this in my Armor Kit and bring the result back to Mystic Karlin for completion.

The boots may be your greatest challenge yet, young Spiritwalker. For you will be hunting the thundering mammoths. But be wary, they may be docile creatures, preying on no one but the grasses themselves. If you decide to challenge one of the lumbering beasts, make sure to keep a watchful eye out for any other herdmates that might be around. If they catch wind that one of their herd is in trouble, they will come to his aid. Thereby doubling your danger, if not more. For this recipe, you will need to gather a young mammoth hide, two cords of mammoth calf sinew, and two solvents. When the skins have cured properly, combine them with the tundra boot pattern, and bring the raw materials back to me.

Combine the items in the Tundra Armor Kit yielding Raw Tundra Boots. Give the Raw Tundra Boots to Mystic Karlin.

Mystic Karlin says, 'I know that mammoths are capable of doing quite and extensive amount of damage. You might consider keeping some bandages with you just in case. They are determined beasts. Just let me know when you are ready to craft a pair of leggings.
