Coordinator Njorl says, 'Welcome back, Hunter <Player Name>! At it again, are you?'

You say, 'Show me the Second Rank bounties.'

The poster reads: "There has been an unprecidented  [sic] influx of information coming in through the port cities of Dalaya in recent months. In particular, many stories and even some treasures have been spread by adventuerers  [sic] returning from the hostile and mysterious land of Ikisith. Between the inevitable bar room boasts and capitalizing scams, there are some rumors which resist all scrutiny, revealing kernels of truth. Some of these rumors, in particular, have come to the attention of the Arcane Academy of Newport, and our researchers have found ample employment tracking the most promising stories as far as they can. However, such research can only go so far--we cannot risk sending an archeological expedition to Kaezul's lands, after all. For this reason, we wish for you to take up the task in our stead, adventurer. To begin: we have heard that there are twisted creatures, called 'devourers,' which can be found in a place known as the Ruins of Kaesora. We will spare you the technical details, but the generation and sustaining force of these creatures puzzles and intrigues us greatly. If you can slay a particularly potent one of these devourers, we would be eager to study its gizzards. The Arcane Academy thanks you for your cooperation." This is an Official bounty.

Note: A contracted wizard will port you to The Murk if needed for this bounty. If you are still KoS to The Gruplok, he will instead port you to Southern Wastes of Tarhyl.

Find and kill a devouring soul (Kaesora  •) until a presence ([[]]  •) spawns.

Note: It will not aggro and must be hailed within five minutes to continue.

an infused devourer spreads its maw with a grotesque grin.

Note: An infused devourer flurries.

Kill an infused devourer (unknown zone  • unknown loc) .
