The limit is one bounty per game day. The timer resets at 7am in-game and counts from the time you accept, not complete a bounty.

You may abandon a bounty which you are working on and change to a different one without penalty.

You may only repeat a bounty you have already completed if you have finished 4 other bounties in the mean time.
