Terror Lord Cadrak says, 'Moving on, im sure you have a few questions and in time they will be answered. For now there are a few things you must know. Regardless of my thoughts of you, the powers that be have decided to bring you into the fold and make you a Cult member. With that being said, you must guard the secrets that you learn during the time with us, even if that means certain death. If it comes to be that we find out that you have opened your mouth and compromised any part of our mission here, their will not be any mercy shown and you will pay the ultimate price… your life. Do you understand?'

You say, 'Yes, I understand.'

Terror Lord Cadrak says, 'Good. We have agents scattered throughout Newport and across the continents.. even stretching into Iksith. These agents carry out the commands given by us here in these crypts, only the most trusted of agents know the location in which your standing right now. This is key to the survival of the Cult. If our numerous enemies cant find us, they cant stop us. We use our most trusted messengers to deliver orders and commands to all of the contacts and informants we have in place. Now this brings us to you…'

You say, 'Uh.. what about me?'

Terror Lord Cadrak says, 'An urgent message needs to make it to a contact here in Newport. Against my better judgment I am entrusting this task onto you as you’re the only one available at this time to deliver it. This is a matter of great importance and very time sensitive so you must leave immediately. The contact is waiting for you in the back of Crow’s Pub in the Northern area of the city. Deliver it and meet me back here at once.'

You say, 'Right away, you can trust me.'

Terror Lord Cadrak says, 'Remember, keep your mouth shut about what you have learned here. The contact your looking for will be a taller than average Dark Elf. When you talk to him ask him what type of drink he wants, if he says anything other than vodka tonic with a splash of lime.. get out of there. That is the code word that confirms he is our contact. Do you understand?'

You say, 'Yes sir!'

Terror Lord Cadrak says, 'Here is the message, deliver it and get back as soon as possible.'

You receive Sealed Message from the Cult from Terror Lord Cadrak.

Make your way to Crow's Pub & Casino in Northern Newport.

Note: The Crow's Pub & Casino also serves as an entrance to the Rogue's Guild. Enter the establishment and the quest NPC will spawn.

As you walk into the pub, you notice a nervous customer in the very back looking your way. You lock eyes as he motions to you. This must be the person Cadrak told you to meet...

You say, 'Hail, Nervous Patron'

Nervous Patron says, 'You're the messenger they sent from the cult?'

You say, 'First things first.. how about a drink?'

Nervous Patron says, 'This is not the time for that! I need the message.'

You say, 'No, I insist. Whats your type of poison?'

Nervous Patron says, 'Fine.. I will take a short ale! Please.. can we just be done with this already?'

You say, 'hmm.. look at the time, I need to go.'

Nervous Patron `s eyes narrow. A look of anger flashes across him..

Nervous Patron says, 'You can hand me the message or I can take it from you. The choice is yours <Player Race>.

You say, 'You can certainly try!'

Nervous Patron says, 'Time to die cultist scum!'

Note: If you die during this fight, wait for the NPC to despawn then respawn him by walking back to the entrance of the pub. He will not speak to you again, though; Simply attack him again when ready.

The entire bar is dead quiet as they stare blankly at you trying to figure out what just happened. You calmly search the dead body and rip off a bloody gold pendant around his neck. Maybe Cadrak will want to see it.

You receive Blood-Stained Gold Pendant from Nervous Patron.

Return to Terror Lord Cadrak.

You say, 'Hail, Terror Lord Cadrak'

Terror Lord Cadrak looks at you and grins

Terror Lord Cadrak says, 'You seem a little bruised up.. did you deliver the message?'

You say, 'Their were... problems.'

Terror Lord Cadrak says, 'Is that so? The contact turned out to be an imposter?'

You say, ' Wait.. you knew this entire time?'

Terror Lord Cadrak laughs.

Terror Lord Cadrak says, 'Of course I knew! Remember when we talked before and I told you that one of the traits that a Shadow Knight must have is cunning?'

You say, 'Yes I remember.'

Terror Lord Cadrak says, 'I decided to send you up there after we discovered the contact had been captured. I knew they would have interogated him and put a imposter in place to intercept this "oh so important" message. I needed to see how you would've handled yourself.'

You say, 'Well I ended up killing him and grabbing this strange item off of him.'

Terror Lord Cadrak says, 'Hmm.. let me see this item.'

Hand the Blood-Stained Gold Pendant to Terror Lord Cadrak.

Terror Lord Cadrak says, 'I should have known.. this pendant is only given to one group of people.'

You say, 'And who is that?'

Terror Lord Cadrak says, 'The Paladins of the Hand of Life. How they were able to find our contact is quite troubling. Anyways, you did better than I thought on this task <Player Name>. I am starting to become very impressed with you. Take this... You have earned it.'
