Shadowknight Starfall Breastplate of the Night quest

Starfall quests are class specific quests which originate in Lake Starfall. Lake Starfall has zone connections from the north to South Badlands, the east to Obsidian Shard Mountains, and west to The Arena. The NPCs which give the quests are located in the center of the south wall. Artificier Malitha gives the Shadowknight quests.

Find Artificier Malitha (Lake Starfall  at -459, 633, 53  • Artificer camp) .

Artificier Malitha says, 'Hail to you. I see from the marks of your profession that you and I share a similar interest. I am an artificier, currently occupied with attempting to restore the Spectral Staff of Dread and the Breastplate of Night. If you're interested, I could use the assistance of an adventurer like yourself. Anything you manage to recover, I will let you keep - I am merely interested in the work itself.'

You say, 'Tell me about the Breastplate of Night.'

Artificier Malitha says, 'The Breastplate of Night is a protective set of armor that will not only serve to guard you, but also shroud those that would attack you in inpenetrable darkness. The crafting of this object is relatively simple - I need two slabs of obsidian from the haunted gargoyle constructs of the Obsidian Shard Mountains, and the ancient Blackstone of Dusk, a reviled and malicious artifact that exists in both the world of the living and that of the dead. It is believed to be the possession of the Kiwisal of the Cauldron of Dawn.'
