Rogue Starfall Cloak of the Assassin quest

Starfall quests are class specific quests which originate in Lake Starfall. Lake Starfall has zone connections from the north to South Badlands, the east to Obsidian Shard Mountains, and west to The Arena. The NPCs which give the quests are located in the center of the south wall. Artificer Drodik gives the Rogue quests.

You say, 'Hail, Artificier Drodik'

Artificier Drodik says, 'Hail to you. I see from the marks of your profession that you and I share a similar interest. I am an artificier, currently occupied with attempting to restore the Poisoner's Crucible and the Cloak of the Assassin. If you're interested, I could use the assistance of an adventurer like yourself. Anything you manage to recover, I will let you keep - I am merely interested in the work itself.'

You say, 'What Cloak of the Assassin?'

Artificier Drodik says, 'The Cloak of the Assassin belonged to a famous murderer known as 'The Black Hunter', who preferred taking his marks down with a throw of a dagger from the shadows. His Cloak was said to be enchanted to conjure these daggers for him, so that he would be able to display his unarmed self to suspicious guards. I can refashion the cloak, provided the following items: The dark fabric that makes up the robes worn by undead spectres as the material, a perfectly Polished Sleet of Ice for the deceptive and reflective properties of the cloak, and a knife of a cutthroat or pirate to imbue it with a murderous element.'
