Thurgadin quests are class specific quests which originate in Thurgadin. The Artificers that give the quests are located in the Cleric guild of Thurgadin. Artificier Tuffa gives the Ranger quests.

Artificier Tuffa tells you, 'Hmm, yes, you look like you may be of use to me. I am working on two projects - creating a pair of artifacts I have dubbed the Hunter's Mask and the Greenbark Gloves - but I am in desperate need of a skilled adventurer to do field work for me.'

Find Artificier Tuffa (Thurgadin  at -180, 785  • Library, Western area, near Wizard Guild) .

You say, 'Tell me about the Hunter's Mask.'

Artificier Tuffa tells you, 'The Hunter's Mask sharpens your vision and focus, allowing you to easier strike targets at great ranges with both magic and bow. In order to complete this project, I need some Predatory Essence, an Ancient Mammoth Hide and the Lucky Arrowhead.'

You say, 'Predatory Essence?'

Artificier Tuffa tells you, 'Only the essence of a great predator will do for the mask. I have heard of a massive shark making its home in the muddy waters of Lake Starfall, such a creature would be ideal.'

You say, 'Ancient Mammoth Hide?'

Artificier Tuffa tells you, 'Only the greatest of prey will suffice for the material components of the mask. Ancient mammoths are giant, foul-tempered beasts, a perfect challenge for your skills as a hunter.'

You say, 'Lucky Arrowhead?'

Artificier Tuffa tells you, 'The Lucky Arrowhead was once attached to the arrow with which a famous ranger felled the great cyclopean king Yellowfist. The arrow was never recovered, and the arrowhead should still be somewhere around where the beast died.'

Gather and give Artificier Tuffa:

• Lucky Arrowhead

Artificier Tuffa tells you, 'Excellent field work, Player. I should be able to assemble this right away... there! You can have this prototype, I will be able to make more of these now that I know how it's done.'
