Ranger Starfall Stalker's Band quest

Starfall quests are class specific quests which originate in Lake Starfall. Lake Starfall has zone connections from the north to South Badlands, the east to Obsidian Shard Mountains, and west to The Arena. The NPCs which give the quests are located in the center of the south wall. Artificier Vivsarra gives the Ranger quests.

Find Artificier Vivsarra (Lake Starfall  at -433, 620, 53  • Artificer camp) .

You say, 'Hail, Artificier Vivsarra'

Artificier Vivsarra says, 'Hail to you. I see from the marks of your profession that you and I share a similar interest. I am an artificier, currently occupied with attempting to restore the Girdle of Lightning and the Stalker's Band. If you're interested, I could use the assistance of an adventurer like yourself. Anything you manage to recover, I will let you keep - I am merely interested in the work itself.'

You say, 'Tell me about the Stalker's Band.'

Artificier Vivsarra says, 'The Stalker's Band belonged to an Avenger who had taken it upon himself to hunt down all those that preyed on the rare beasts of the world for sport. The Band allows the wielder to become more aware of the weak points of humanoid creatures, and dispose of them accordingly with arrow or sword. In order to remake this item I would need the original ring, which was lost when the Avenger fell battling a band of poaching giants in the Faentharc, the eye of a great beast of prey such as a griffon, and the heart of a servant of nature that has fallen or become corrupted.'
