7/13/21 - The tradeskill combine for creating a Scornwood Quiver is now done in the fletching kit and should match all other quiver recipes.

Find Researcher Keelan (Lake of Ill Omen  at 4241, 1846, 20  • Inside the resistance tunnels to the north west.) .

You say, 'Hail, Researcher Keelan'

You say, 'What services can you provide?'

Researcher Keelan says, 'If you bring me four planks of scornwood and say, 50 Yclistinite Bits, I can carve you up some arrow shafts. You should be able to get suitable arrowheads from Forge Master By`uug. If fletching is your thing, combining the shafts with those arrow heads, a Bottle of Chromatic Varnish, and a Handful of Sturdy Feathers will make you one bundle or arrows. Ten bundles will make a large bundle - then, put a large bundle with a Contaminated Poison Pod into an empty quiver, and that should net you some decent arrows. Should reward you well! Ahem - If you're ready, I have more work for you.'

Note: Researcher Keelan will tell you, "I have more work for you." even when he does not have more work for you. I assume this might be for a future quest since LOIO: Researcher Keeland doesn't currently have an end.

Gather and give Researcher Keelan:

Researcher Keelan says, 'Here you go, one bundle of scornwood shafts.'
