Monk Starfall Headband of Visions quest

Starfall quests are class specific quests which originate in Lake Starfall. Lake Starfall has zone connections from the north to Southern Badlands, the east to Obsidian Shard Mountains, and west to The Arena. The NPCs which give the quests are located in the center of the south wall. Artificier Aselle gives the Monk quests.

Artificier Aselle says, 'Hail to you. I see from the marks of your profession that you and I share a similar interest. I am an artificier, currently occupied with attempting to restore the Fistwraps of the Flame and the Headband of Visions. If you're interested, I could use the assistance of an adventurer like yourself. Anything you manage to recover, I will let you keep - I am merely interested in the work itself.'

Artificier Aselle says, 'The Headband of Visions was originally in the possession of an iksar monk that fought in the slave wars. Information on it has been passed down from ancient texts recovered from Ikisith, and I believe I could remake this item with a few items. These would be a piece of cloth properly enchanted and blessed to cover the eyes of a visionary, a practice done by the orcs of Everfrost, the blinded eye of a cyclops, preferably through disease or other natural means, and the skull of a talented seer - I have heard of an undead seer prowling the haunted mansion of the Shrouded Island that could serve as... source material.'
