Enchanter Starfall Armband of Conservation quest

Starfall quests are class specific quests which originate in Lake Starfall. Lake Starfall has zone connections from the north to South Badlands, the east to Obsidian Shard Mountains, and west to The Arena. The NPCs which give the quests are located in the center of the south wall. Artificer Ulithas gives the Enchanter quests.

Find Artificer Ulithas (Lake Starfall  at -389, 574, 53  • Artificer camp) .

You say, 'Hail Artificer Ulithas'

Artificer Ulithas says, "Hail to you. I see from the marks of your profession that you and I share a similar interest. I am an artificer, currently occupied with attempting to restore the Beguiling Idol and the Armband of Conservation. If you're interested, I could use the assistance of an adventurer like yourself. Anything you manage to recover, I will let you keep - I am merely interested in the work itself."

You say, 'Tell me about the Armband of Conservation.'

Artificer Ulithas says, "The making of armbands of conservation was a secret known to the seers of the Deepwater Gnolls. I have spoken with their current priestess, and she says the knowledge, along with all existing bracers, was lost with the plague that took the sanity of most of their kind. The armbands are highly potent channeling objects that will help relieve the taxation on your body and mind from spellcasting. If you can get me one of these armbands - derelict and disenchanted, no doubt - as well as conserving and embalming fluid to reawaken its powers, I will do so. The fluids should be attainable from the necrolytes of Mielech, and the ancient mummies of Tarhyl's Waste."

Artificer Ulithas says, "Most excellent work. This is everything I need to reconstruct this artifact... here. This rightfully belongs to you."
