Beastlord Starfall Savage Spear of Rage quest

Starfall quests are class specific quests which originate in Lake Starfall. Lake Starfall has zone connections from the north to South Badlands, the east to Obsidian Shard Mountains, and west to The Arena. The NPCs which give the quests are located in the center of the south wall. Artificier Ghalu gives the Beastlord quests.

I am an artificier, currently occupied with attempting to restore the Savage Spear of Rage and the Spirit Stone. If you're interested, I could use the assistance of an adventurer like yourself. Anything you manage to recover, I will let you keep - I am merely interested in the work itself.'

You say, 'Tell me about the Savage Spear of Rage.'

Artificier Ghalu says, 'The Savage Spear of Rage will channel the power of wild beasts to weaken your foe. It was once carried by a legendary hunter who roamed the plains of Everfrost. It is said his undead ghost still wanders there, and that he carries his spear yet. If you could put him to rest and bring me the spear, I will be able to reawaken its power, presuming you aquire for me two needed items - a Symbol of Rage carried by the most powerful warriors of the Bloodpaw Kobolds, and a Symbol of Savagery gifted to the war priests of the Dark Sun Orcs.'
