Bard Starfall Mandolin of Harmonious Melodies quest

Starfall quests are class specific quests which originate in Lake Starfall. Lake Starfall has zone connections from the north to Southern Badlands, the east to Obsidian Shard Mountains, and west to The Arena. The NPCs which give the quests are located in the center of the south wall. Artificier Salin gives the Bard quests.

Find Artificier Salin (Lake Starfall  at -484, 668, 53  • Artificer camp) .

You say, 'Hail, Artificier Salin'

Artificier Salin says, 'Hail to you. I see from the marks of your profession that you and I share a similar interest. I am an artificier, currently occupied with attempting to restore the [Mandolin of Harmonious Melodies] and the [Boots of the Journey]. If you're interested, I could use the assistance of an adventurer like yourself. Anything you manage to recover, I will let you keep - I am merely interested in the work itself.'

You say, 'What Mandolin of Harmonious Melodies?'

Artificier Salin says, 'This Mandolin was the favorite instrument of a famous entertainer at the court of the High Keep. I have managed to gather that she was not among those that escaped the Fall, and that her undead apparition roams the King's Pass - presumably with the Mandolin still in her possession. If you could recover the mandolin and a few objects to restore it, you would have a grand instrument indeed. The objects I need aside from the mandolin itself is the guts of an elephant, perfect materials for strings, and a harmonious pearl, a special pearl produced by a Small magical oyster-creature living in the Sea of Swords.'
