Perhaps a mention of the Priest of War is in order (i.e., how to flag oneself for PvP)? I recently updated his page. And if this project of yours goes live, the Priest of War page should definitely include a link to this material. Gnomish 06:26, 18 December 2012 (EST)

Ok, notes, as requested, below. - Rari Talk 18:36, 18 December 2012 (EST)
Summary
  • Remove the ==Summary== header - the first paragraph of an article is automatically considered an introduction / overview.
  • You should include information about how to become pvp-flagged and how to unflag as well. A link to both the Priest of War (as Gnomish mentioned) and the Priest of Harmony would make good sense there.
PvP Combat
  • The header should be ==PvP combat==
  • "In this state, no beneficial spells can land on either player." "PvP Combat can also be acquired by a red-named healing another red-named player who is engaged in PvP Combat." These two lines are contradictory. While I can understand what it is you are trying to say, the issue should be clarified and not be spread across the paragraph.
  • "This state goes away after a certain amount of time has passed since the last melee attack or offensive spell has landed." Vague. How much time must pass after the last hostile action?
PvP Flagging and Raid Zones
  • The header should be ==PvP flagging and raid zones==
  • You made all of this shit up. There are two rules concerning pvpers.
Following raids around is not acceptable unless you have been been given permission by the raid. The only exception to this (by popular pvper demand) is if a person is flagged PVP. In this case you may go after that person as long as you are not following the raid around for a prolonged length of time. Remember that harassment rules still come into play during pvp - but in the end it is the raiders responsibility to not be flagged PVP if they do not want to be attacked by other PVPers.
Engaging players in pvp by rezzing a player's corpse just to kill them again is considered griefing. PvP interactions are still social interactions, and a level of decorum is expected even when taking 4 characters to gang up on and kill a PvP flagged character during his/her raid.
  • If you read the server rules page, you will find there are two guidelines for PvP. The one you quoted (and called the only rule) as well as the exemption for raid stalking (a very important exemption to be aware of and why most intelligent people don't red-flag for raids.)

Everything beyond this point in the article is stuff you made up and shouldn't included on the wiki. If you want to make a separate page in your own namespace displaying the Nathasar's PvP Code of Conduct, that's fine. Instead, including a mention of /duel (which allows people to fight consensually in a planned match) would be far more appropriate. - Rari Talk 18:36, 18 December 2012 (EST)
