Item stats formatting template

Will keep item stat formatting consistent from page to page.

Allows for easier adding drop information, and near effort-free categorization by mob and zone drop information!

Allows all stats to be manipulated for tables and inclusion to other pages and templates (see ratio for example).

May allow for easier formatting changes to item pages in the future.

• Updated to support FT changes from Ikisith release.
• Augment slots 1 and 2 added. These parameters are also used for categorization!
• Bag parameters sizecap and cap added.
• Added flagaug parameter
• Added several new parameters. Reagents is now automatically added to the infobox based on spell template information.
• Added automatic support for {{missing image}} and {{stub-source}} templates. {{stub}} must still be added by hand.

Infobox is now included in this template! One template to rule them all! Yay!
