Find Terlas (Eastern Plaguelands  at -1628, 258  • Tunnel, between entrance and cave) .

You say, 'Hail, Terlas'

Terlas says, 'You... are not one of us? But, ahh... you are not hostile either. Then I welcome you to make your stay in the safety of our guarded tunnel. I have been appointed by the leader to keep guard here, as the plagued lunatics of these lands are growing in number. In recent days they have even attempted to make way into the tunnel and attack us, but I was able to fight them off due to their simple-minded nature.'

You say, 'Is there anything I can do to help?'

Terlas says, 'Hmm, perhaps there is, outsider. There are camps to the west where their brigands meet to worship the plagues, and form their raiding parties before setting out toward the tunnel. You should strike there first, removing their heads as proof of the threat being lessened. Four should be enough, and will allow me to make example of their failures to the others by placing them on pikes as a warning sign.'

Gather and give four Degenerated Brigand Heads to Terlas.

Terlas says, 'You have returned with the heads like asked. Then you must be ready for a harder challenge, yes? The priests and worshippers here in the plaguelands are a focal part of the continued growth of the lunatics. You should hunt them down and remove their heads - much like the brigands before. Return two of each and I will place them next to the heads of the brigands.

Terlas says, 'Welcome back. Already the effects of the warning pikes have taken hold. One of the recent raiding parties attempting to assault the tunnel turned back after seeing them. This has allowed us an opening... a chance to strike at them while unprepared. Directly north of our tunnel is an outpost of the lunatics, the worst affected of them. Though battling them will be a great challenge for you, if you were to be victorious, then it would no doubt ensure that a message will be sent to not bother our camp. Hunt them down and return to me four of their heads.'
