I tried hailing the following npcs with no results to push the quest forward, after saving the gnolls:

You say, 'Hail, a gnoll elder

You say, Hail, Huntmaster Renvex

You say, 'Hail, Mystic Techek'

It is quite clear that in aiding the Snow Gnolls, you sealed the Othimirs fate. Not a single one remains alive.

You say, 'Hail, Projection of the Deep'

You say, 'Hail, Tarhansar the Deep One'

You say, 'Hail, Dereck Grey'

Dereck Grey says, 'Greetings. I am Dereck Grey. My wife Deirdre is in the other room. Have you spoken yet?'

You say, 'Hail, Deirdre Grey'

Deirdre Grey says, 'And hail to you Linnearae. My husband and I are very busy right now. Perhaps you could visit later? The forces of evil never rest.
