Location: One way to get it is to be invisible all the time and possibly with a SoW. It is a ground spawn at the base of a large rock or pillar near the zone line to the Darkwoods. Be careful because it is a hostile environment. Takes a good 10+ minutes to spawn and only seems to do so if someone is nearby. Go to that location and just wait. Three will pop.
