Location: With Spell: Enduring Breath and Spell: Invisibility, from first room with the hammerhead at zone-in, swim down the vertical tunnel to one floor below. Be careful not to swim to the bottom of the tunnel. From the center tunnel section, there are four paths - go through the south gate. Past the gate, watch for an opening on the floor and one on the ceiling. Swim through the opening in the ceiling and follow the short path to a nook with the ground-spawn.
