Melee Styles

Jump to navigationJump to searchAll characters, both caster and melee, get these styles. To use styles, type /style (or /s) and the corresponding number of the style.
Common styles
Name | Level | Description |
---|---|---|
(1) Normal | 1 | The most basic combat style. Does not affect your combat in any way. |
(2) Aggressive | 1 | Puts you into an aggressive stance, sacrificing avoidance for increased attack speed. |
(3) Defensive | 1 | Puts you into a defensive stance, sacrificing attack speed for increased avoidance. |
Special class styles
All melee and hybrid have special class specific styles, in addition to the three standard styles.
Melee classes
Warrior
Name | Level | Description |
---|---|---|
(1) Normal | 1 | The most basic combat style. Does not affect your combat in any way. |
(2) Aggressive | 1 | Puts you into an aggressive stance, sacrificing avoidance for increased attack speed. |
(3) Defensive | 1 | Puts you into a defensive stance, sacrificing attack speed for increased avoidance. |
(4) Vindicator's Stance | 65 | Increase Mitigation Stamina Cost: None, Mitigation: 13% |
(5) Massive Kick | 10 | Empowers your next Kick to automatically hit, deal 10 times damage, and knockback the target a fair amount. This will also disable the target's standard Summoning ability if applicable for 2 seconds to aid in its use as a positioning tool. Cost: 42 - 170 stamina. |
(6) Bloodlust | 15 | Doubles aggro generation for 3 seconds. Cost: 15% of maximum stamina |
(7) "Charge!" | 20 | Increases the movement speed of all nearby group/raid members by 25% for 3 seconds. Cost: 8 - 488 stamina. |
(8) Driving Strike | 25 | Strikes out with your Primary-hand weapon, landing an extra attack which always hits and crits for 5 times damage. Reuse time scales with weapon delay. Cost: 5 - 325 stamina. |
(9) Defend | 30 | Reduces incoming melee damage by 15% for 3 seconds. Cost: 35% of maximum stamina. |
(10) Rampage | 35 | Performs a full round of attacks on a nearby target other than the target you are currently attacking, reuse based off weapon delay. Cost: 8 - 488 stamina. |
(11) "On Your Feet!" | 40 | Causes all nearby group/raid members to dodge the next 2 attacks against them within the next 5 seconds. Cost: 12 - 780 stamina. |
(12) Whirlwind | 45 | Performs a full round of attacks to up to 5 targets within a short range, reuse based off weapon delay. Cost: 30% of maximum stamina. |
(13) "Finish Him!" | 50 | For the next 5 seconds, all nearby group/raid members gain 10% Critical chance and deal 2.5 times damage with Critical Hits provided their current HP ratio is at least 3 times as high as their target's HP ratio. Cost: 60% of maximum stamina. |
(14) Merciless Taunt | 55 | Increases your aggro with the target by an enormous amount (all but guaranteeing you will take aggro), then decreases it by the same amount 3 seconds later. Cost: 55% of maximum stamina. |
(15) "NOW!" | 60 | Any spells currently being cast by any raid/group members (not Bards) will complete casting immediately. Anyone who was not casting at the time but begins to do so within the next half second will also instantly cast their spell. Cost: 80% of maximum stamina. |
(16) Enrage | 65 | Causes you to riposte all attacks for the next 2 seconds. Cost: 100% of maximum stamina. |
(17) Resilient Defense | 65 | Increases Mitigation by 15% for 10 seconds. Cost: 20% of maximum stamina. (NOTE: prevents you from using abilities or gaining Endurance for 15 seconds.) |
Monk

Rogue
Name | Level | Description |

(4) Stalker's distraction | 10 | Allows backstab openings when Rogue hits from the front. |
(5) Shadowing stance | 15 | Decrease hate. |
(6) Deadly precision | 25 | Increase accuracy and damage. |
(7) Crippling point | 35 | Damage enemy mana and endurance. |
(8) Uncanny dodge | 45 | Enemy never behind Rogue. |
(9) Nimble dance | 55 | Dodge all hits untill exausted. |
(10) Critical precision | 60 | All hits double damage untill exausted. |
(11) Nightblade's grace | 65 | Dodge spell attacks. |
Hybrid classes
Ranger
Name | Level | Description |
---|---|---|
(4) Blade Guard | 20 | Puts you into a guarded state, increasing your parry and riposte at the cost of your offhand attack. Requires 2 Weapons |
(5) Whirling Strikes | 35 | Automatically Succeed Double Attack and Dual Wield until exhausted. Requires 2 Weapons. |
(6) Relentless Parry | 45 | Auto-Parry All Attacks until Exhausted. |
(7) Flurry of Shots | 55 | Shoot Twice per Round until Exhausted. |
(8) Avenger's Precision | 65 | Increase Archery Accuracy; Lose Avoidance, Parry, Riposte, Dodge. |
Paladin
Name | Level | Description |
---|---|---|
(4) Guarding Blade | 20 | Puts you into a focused stance, increasing both hate and parry. Very useful when tanking extremely hard foes or swarms of them. |
(5) Cleansing Blades | 35 | Puts you into a focused state, increasing critical hits veruses all neutral or evil targets. |
(6) Stoical Will | 45 | Grants the paladin immunity to fear, charm, and mesmerizing effects. Does not affect unresistable charm/mez. |
(7) Lady's Strike | 55 | Grants the Paladin an area of effect hate proc. Procs very rarely, does not generate much aggro, drains stamina fast. |
(8) Banishing Strike | 65 | Allows the paladin to land one extremely(capped at 7500) powerful strike against an undead foe, best used with /s 5 for maximum damage. Exhausted for 10 min after use. |
Shadowknight
Name | Level | Description |
---|---|---|
(4) Seething Fury | 20 | Increases aggro generated. |
(5) Dismissive Strike | 35 | Increases Interruption chance and adds a dispel proc to melee. |
(6) Loathing Guard | 45 | Twenty percent increase to avoidance. Moderate to high stamina useage. |
(7) Leeching Hand | 55 | Heals for any amount of damage you deal. |
(8) Terror Guard | 65 | Any creature striking you will be mesmerized for about one minute thirty seconds. Does not work on non-mezable NPCs. |
Bard
Name | Level | Description |
---|---|---|
(4) Focused Blade | 20 | Puts you into a focused stance, increasing both attack speed and damage while consuming stamina at an accelerated rate. |
(5) Focused Mind | 40 | Puts you into a mentally focused state, pulsing songs can not be interrupted while this is active. Consumes stamina. |
(6) Nimble Dance | 55 | Allows you to dodge all incoming melee attacks as long as you are standing up, and as long as your stamina holds out. |
(7) Will of the Maestro | 65 | Your mental will is hightened to extraordinary levels. Immunity to stun, mesmerize, fear and charm, as well as increased resistances as long as stamina is available. |
Beastlord
