Find Apprentice Bethany (Surefall Glade  at -300, -245, 3  • Exiting the druid spell vendor building, she is straight ahead.) .

You say, 'Hail, Apprentice Bethany'

Apprentice Bethany says, 'Have you found the materials for the tunic yet?'

Both the shirt and the ointment for this are items used in other quests.

You say, 'I'm sorry, I forgot. What materials do you need?'

Apprentice Bethany says, 'I need four items. First, I need a high quality leather shirt. Second, I need a special ointment. Last, I need exquisite studs.'

You say, 'Where can I find the shirt?'

Apprentice Bethany says, 'I hear rumors that the Bloodblade faction of the footpad bandits make ones that will do.'

The required shirt is Footpad's Shirt which drops from A bloodblade footpad in Northern Badlands.

You say, 'Where can I find the ointment?'

Apprentice Bethany says, 'Only the artisians in the Halls of Mielech know the secret to making the ointment I need.'

The ointment is Artisian's Ointment which drops from A froglok artisian in Halls of Mielech.

You say, 'Where can I find the studs?'

Apprentice Bethany says, 'Those can only be made only with the ore found in the mines lying beneath the city of Oggok. I suggest you talk to someone there, they are very protective of that secret.'

The ore in question is known as Stolen Ore and is a relatively common drop from A Nilvalk Keeper in Oggok Mines. Once you have the ore, you will need to make the studs using a Studs Mold, Tempering and one Stolen Ore in a forge. The combine appears to be no fail with zero skill in blacksmithing.

You say, 'I will gather the materials.'

Apprentice Bethany says, 'I will be here waiting, when you get them I will make the Keeper's Tunic for you.'

Hand the three items in to her:

Apprentice Bethany says, 'Well done <Player Name>. As promised, here is your Glade Keeper's Tunic.'

You gain 10000 experience!!

You receive Glade Keeper's Tunic from Apprentice Bethany.
