Find Faludyonna Starslinger (Oggok  at 2, -53, -27  •) .

Faludyonna Starslinger says, 'Ahh, another young wizard has come to me. The Four shall mold you into a great Arcanist one day... though we must take it one step at a time, and not rush your learning. The first step is one of recovery, and with it a gained knowledge.'

You say, 'What is the first step?'

Faludyonna Starslinger says, 'The dead which walk the jungle were once of Oggok. Though they have passed on, we wish to remember the great wizards which have fallen. Go into the jungle and defeat the decaying dead. If they were once a wizard, you will know it by the arcane dust they carry. Fill this satchel with six such dust and return it to me.'

Collect and combine six Arcane Dust in Empty Arcane Satchel to create Filled Arcane Satchel.

Give Filled Arcane Satchel to Faludyonna Starslinger.

Faludyonna Starslinger opens the satchel and inspects it, 'Well done... well done indeed. Here, accept this as a token of appreciation. Faludyonna Starslinger hands you a scroll, 'With it you will learn to sustain the destruction which you deal, making you less susceptable to defeat. As well, seek out Illidona Starpyre. You will find her here in Oggok, watching over the courtyard from above.'
