The item is located in the NE corner behind the invisible wall. To get there head up the ramps located in the beginning area after you zone in. After three or four levels it should be possible to circle back over towards the zone in. Go through the invisible wall. Fall down onto a ledge that circles the pit area. Fall off to the left carefully (as there is ice below) and the brown baggy should be a few paces forward.
