Bash

Bash consists of hitting your opponent with a shield. Except for large races, you need to have a shield equipped in order to use that skill (another exception: Paladins and Shadow Knights have an Alternate Advancement ability that allows them to bash shield-less starting at lvl 59) . Large race Warriors can use the slam hotkey and as long as they have trained the bash skill - it will act as if they are bashing.

While Bash deals a little damage (with the exception of Paladins and Shadowknights as of 12/16/18), its primary use is to interrupt a foe's spell-casting.
