King Rymaz Sunbane sends you on a mission to kill Advisor Zerkotah in Dragonhorn Keep and give powder to dragon's essence that spawns upon it's death.

Find Frost King Rymaz Sunbane (Stormkeep  at - 1502,1695,-200  •) .

Frost King Rymaz Sunbane says, 'Ah, it's <Player Name> that comes to speak to me! Don't act so surprised. My advisors have told me much about you. You are an ally to our cause, and for this reason alone I speak to you, giant though you are not. So, <Player Name>, do you wish to aid your king? Or do you come to present a tribute of artifacts?

You say, 'I would be honored to aid you, my king.'

Frost King Rymaz Sunbane laughs, 'Good, good. First, though, I must be assured I am not wrong about you. Show me your loyalist, raider and defender badges.'

Give Loyalist's Badge, Raider's Badge, and Defender's Badge to Frost King Rymaz Sunbane.

Frost King Rymaz Sunbane casts a glance on the badges, and shoves them into his belt pouch. He then takes out a small pouch, filled with what appears to be sand, and puts it in your palm, 'This is the powder of the Storm. With it, I intend to curse the soul of one of my oldest foes, Zerkotah, Advisor to the Dragon Empress. But of course, this requires his... death. Slay him, and before his essence has time to fade from this world, hurl the powder at it. Then return to me, bringing the pouch in which the powder was.'

You receive Powder of the Storm from Frost King Rymaz Sunbane.

Kill Advisor Zerkotah (Dragonhorn Keep  at 1870, -1220  • Northern Wing) . Essence of Zerkotah spawns.

Give Powder of the Storm to Essence of Zerkotah.

You receive Sealed Pouch from Essence of Zerkotah.

Give Sealed Pouch to Frost King Rymaz Sunbane.

Frost King Rymaz Sunbane says, 'HAH! Look at that. You actually succeeded. You have done me a great favor, <Player Name>, and you will forever be a friend of the Stormhammers. To think I have my oldest foe, imprisoned and at my mercy, for all eternity. Ah... such a delight...'

You gain 50000 experience!!
