Can be located in a small room by itself near where the heart spiders used to be. Jump into the water from the upper level at the location 802, -36, -79. Once in the water, you will be able to swim South. The nurse is in a secret room when you pop out of the water. If you are without gate and need to get out, swim back to the central area of caverns and look for a ladder on the Northern side of the pool. Two ladders get you back up to the top. The first ladder is located at 910, 25, -126.
