Max hit ~700. Drops fuel puddles at its feet often. At 40% or so, the Clockwork ignites any nearby fuel puddles into "burning fuel" adds that have low hp/hit for less than 100. Move him away from large piles of puddles beforehand for an easier fight. Enrages at 20%.
