Find Researcher Keelan (Lake of Ill Omen at 4241, 1846, 20 • Inside the resistance tunnels to the north west.)
You say, 'Hail, Researcher Keelan'
You say, 'What services can you provide?'
Researcher Keelan says, 'Well, bring me raw wood from the Scornwoods and I can make you a few slick arrow shafts. If you bring me plated arrowheads from Byuug, I can combine the two to make arrows for you. For an added bonus, bring me a stack of 60 of these arrows and I'll stuff them in a quiver for you. If you already have a quiver, just hand me the quiver and one stack of 60 arrows.'
