Used a 55 paladin to start this quest. Was not already pledged to a faction, idk if that matters or not. Found the npc that looks like a shrunk human male at 4am gametime, but after going and finding the items, I returned and he was gone. Maybe the npc only spawns a certain time of the day for a short while then depops? idk. will keep an eye out for it again, and will have the broad sword and helm in bank. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:Triptoy2002 (talk).

My paladin ran into him again, this time in North Newport, @ about 5am gametime. I left my druid there to watch him (heh) and sent the paladin to the bank real fast to get the 2 items, came back and turned them in. After the turn in and dialog, he depopped, idk if that is cuz it became daytime just then, and he depops at dawn, or if it is because he depops after completion.--The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:Triptoy2002 (talk).
