Get to him by climbing up the ladder past the underwater tunnel. Go past the attack dogs and continue along the path, not taking the right door. Eventually turn right, and you'll come out on an open room, filled with a pool and a bunch of seers. He spawns in a little back corner. Can also get there by swimming through the underwater tunnel near all the piranhas.

Definitely take the route through the tunnel under the water when you first cross the bridge coming down from the top floor of zone, it was less confusing and much quicker for me. You'll know you're in the correct room when you see the glimmering gem statue thing in the back right corner of the big room. Visionary spawns right next to it!

Or how about an easy way... when you come down from top area, going straight, you'll cross a bridge to a little island. to your right is another bridge leading up to a ledge... Go under that ledge to a door, do not go through, but turn hard right instead and walk to another door. this leads to a ledge in the visionary's room. He spawns by the gem in the back as stated above. If you stay back in the corner, you'll only have to deal with the visionary or the seer in his spawn point and 1 seer that stands beside him. If you fight from the middle of the room, you'll have lots of adds to deal with.
