Ruins of First City/Zone Description

Ruins of First City is an enormous dungeon filled with many monsters of incredible power. The deeper you move into the zone, the stronger the creatures become, though there is now a small chance to spawn named creatures when killing normal mobs anywhere in the zone. This zone is a challenging, but an excellent source of loot and exp.
