March 2nd

Uncovered another intact Iksar statue. The Elders wanted this one put in the central square. Who would have ever thought that Iksar had settled this part of the Old World. Or that the Elders would take a fancy to old stonework.

March 18th

Completed the construction of the first prototypes for the new stalker model. Model is designed for rapidly closing with and dispatching of magic users. Standard MKI shielded core installed. Initial tests are showing acceptable performance averages.

March 29th

Had to deconstruct a whole generation of guardians as their new experimental shielding cores malfunctioned. Behemoth project suffered minor setback. Expected completion of the Behemoth MKII within the week.

April 12th

Completed the first MKII model. Model has been moved to the Shielded Chamber for testing.

April 15th

Elder Faeron requested two additional void devices installed into the Behemoth.

April 16th

Completed Faeron's request for additional void devices.

May 2nd

Rate of guardian assembly near-doubled with the rumors of a magical attack on the plateau. The Elders are running an additional series of tests on the Behemoth for potential employment.

June 5th

Lost five assistants to the wasting disease. Only the clockworks seem unaffected. The Elders are claiming there is an attack from the outside. I have been ordered to ready the Behemoth for use.

June 7th

The Behemoth is ready to be activated. Once its shielding devices are active, no harmful magic should be able to reach us.
