I have been watching him for some time, and I believe that he is trying to find a way to harness the terrible corruption that already holds this land in its grip. HE cannot be allowed to do this! Please, you must help me put a stop to him, for I cannot do it unassisted. Do it for the land itself."

Gather and give Goldon's Head to Ledrana Stormkeeper.

Ledrana Stormkeeper says, "Thank the Earth Mother! With the creature dispatched of, there is one less blight upon these tried lands. Allow me to extend my gratitude through this gift from the Keepers, a vest enchanted with the strength of the storm."
