Lead Artificier Marynni says, 'Greetings, adventurer. Welcome to Lake Starfall. I am Marynni, leader of the Artificiers. We are members of the Lorekeepers dedicated to seeking information on artifacts of old, and in some cases, reconstructing them.'
You say, 'Why do you do this?'
Lead Artificier Marynni says, 'As servants of the Great Lorekeeper, Jayla, we feel that it is important to create links to our past - recover knowledge of crafting that has been lost and understand the purpose and creation of these artifacts. In time that knowledge may become invaluable and allow us to bring about a new age of crafting. Why do you ask, though? Do you not feel that history should be studied for its own sake?'
