Junior Researcher Blayse's quest

I can only assume that they want this to be a Council of Innovation quest. However, characters from other factions can get this quest, and the quest doesn't reward you with "faction experience" like faction quests should. These might be bugs that need fixed or a patch. This quest also doesn't seem to have a follow up quest like the dialog suggests.

Junior Researcher Blayse tells you, 'Oh. Hi. Sorry, lost my hearing a while back. Just write what you have to say.'

Blayse hands you a blank scrap of paper from his pocket.

You say, '-Write, 'Is there anything you need help with?'-'

Junior Researcher Blayse tells you, 'No, but hey watch this! Follow me!'

Junior Researcher Blayse says, 'See that pile of rocks over there?!'

You say, 'Yes (nod)'

Junior Researcher Blayse says, 'Ok, watch this EXPLOSION!!!'

You say, 'No (shake your head)'

Junior Researcher Blayse says, 'Ok, well you do now! EXPLOSION!!!'

Junior Researcher Blayse says, 'YEAH! Take that, rock! Now I'm gonna do that to those golems on that island, and they're not gonna do anything about it!'

You say, 'This sounds like a terrible idea!'

Blayse can't hear you!

Blayse launches a moon comet at a faraway shard golem!

Blayse collapses from exhaustion.

You say, 'Uhhh, Blayse? Wake up?'

Blayse can't hear you!

Note: If Blayse is killed the shard punisher's will despawn. You will be able to retry the event when Blayse respawns.

Three A shard punisher will spawn, kill them before they kill Blayse.

Researcher Pippin appears nearby, shaking his head. 'Man, he really went and did this crap again.. I owe this kid a favor or two, so I should take care of him, even when he acts this way. I'll get him to a bed.'

Researcher Pippin says, 'Sorry if he caused you any trouble, Researcher <Player Name>. He's booksmart, but he has.. clear issues. I'll put a good word in for you. Come see me later.
