Charms
In the Erudin library on the bottom floor, you will find the Lidia the Charm Trader. She is a charm merchant, specializing in items that fit in your charm inventory slot. There are useful lower-level charms that new players can benefit from as well as elusive high-end charms. There's also a charm merchant near the bank in Valley of Erimal, however, you need to carry the Seeker Rune key (obtained via the Main Quest) to gain safe entrance into the city. This charm dealer is called Eskig the Charm Trader, and he is only available in the day time. He is in the Northern area of the city part.
While you cannot sell a charm as it is a [NO DROP] item, you can give your charm to a charm merchant to receive close to full credit on your next charm purchase. When you buy a new charm, your credit will be deducted before money is taken from your character. A tested example of the percentage credit is Charm of War which costs 1795 platinum turned in for a credit of 1781, or less than a 1% reduction of value. Another example: When turning in the Juggernaut's Charm, you receive 225,000 credit (The original purchase price is 226,799). Plan accordingly so you don't come up short of your intended upgrade!
Here is a list of the available charms and their unique attributes in the order that they appear on the merchant. All are tagged [MAGIC ITEM], [LORE ITEM] and [NO DROP] and are of size SMALL. All have 2 available aug slots, one Type 3 slot and one Type 8 (Deity Aug) slot. Those listed without prices are not sold by charm merchants.
