You say, 'Run along kid. I don't have time to wipe your nose.'

an excited child says, 'You think you're so tough? Well someday I'm gonna be even bigger and tougher than you! And then I'm gonna come find you!'

You say, 'That's the spirit, kid! Where did you learn to talk like that?'

an excited child says, 'I overheard some Blackscale Corsairs talking outside the tavern. You aren't going to tell my mom, are you?'

You say, 'Blackscale Corsairs? Who are they?'

an excited child says, 'They're the meanest, toughest, backstabbinest, most ruthlessist guys ever! Someday, I'm gonna be just like them! They make everyone else do what they want, or else they beat them up, or worse! Yesterday those mean kids that live down the street beat me up and stole my basket of grapes. I wish I was a Blackscale warrior now, I'd beat them all up!'

You say, 'Could you really take on a pack of bullies on your own?'

an excited child says, 'No. But my mom always tells me that if I am nice to people, they'll be nice to me.'

You say, 'You might want to be careful kid. Stuff like that is probably why you get beat up all the time.'

an excited child says, 'are you gonna help me out or not?'

You say, 'What do you expect me to do?'

an excited child says, 'Bring me some chokecherries. My mom taught me how to cook, I'm going to bake those bullies a pie!'

You say, 'Aren't those pretty poisonous?'

an excited child says, 'A little.'
